We always say that each wedding we do is unique and different. Each one has it’s own story to tell, and brings in the character of the beautiful bride and her groom.
Jerusha & Gideon were no exception to this. We loved how relaxed everyone was on the day, how their families truly got involved and showed their love and support and how everyone made sure that their day was epicly fun and full of laughter. If you know Jerusha and Gideon, you’ll know that this was just a reflection of who they are: Two awesomely fun, kind and loving people who enjoy good company, good food and good wine.
Some families wear their hearts on their sleeves, here are two great families who proudly do so. Their love and support for those around them is gigantic, and after listening to the speeches and hanging out with them for the day, we got to take a small glimpse into their great lives and tell a little bit of their story with pictures.
The shockingly pink flower that Gideon sports in one of these pics is a little joke that Jerusha played (his only request in the wedding planning process was to NOT have to wear a pink flower). He remained calm, and showed that he would do whatever it takes for his bride-to-be.
If you haven’t seen it yet, check out the photobooth video. It’s full of fun… and even includes a “first kiss” (which we found out about afterwards!)… we won’t tell you who though.
Ps. Jerusha has blogged the whole process of planning her wedding. Check it out on her blog: This Red Lipstick.
