Winter weddings can sometimes be cold and dull in Gauteng, so take the party to Mozambique!
We’ve always said that destination weddings just feel different. People don’t just commit to celebrate with you for a few hours, they commit to so much more! Sometimes that means a little more travel expense, or being a bit more inconvenienced but the result is always the same: An epic party with people who really want to be there for you and party like its their last night on earth.
Take Andries and Minette, A soy bean farmer (who makes farming look like the coolest profession around) and a former Art Director / Photographer from Cape Town. The wedding had a good mix of famers & trend setters, with ALL of the guys sporting bow-ties (some better than others!). They both love music and music festivals, and their wedding reception felt like the warm up to STRAB festival.
We absolutely loved the Mozambican vibe. The warm sunny beaches, the old Portuguese motels and the endless supply of R&R’s but most of all we loved telling this story. Two people who just burst out into laughter whenever they saw each other, surrounded by friends and family, throwing the party of the century to celebrate the rings on their fingers.
Congratulations Andries & Minette, we’re so happy for you!
